I. Policy for SEO Subscription Plans

 

Our SEO plans are month-to-month service subscriptions.

 

A. Cancellation

 

  • Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your SEO plan subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to nishirajvanshi.5@gmail.com.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation will be effective immediately at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Refunds for Unused Time: Services will continue until the last day of the paid monthly period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a monthly cycle.

 

B. Refund Eligibility (Performance)

 

SEO service fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed and service work has begun. No refunds will be issued for low keyword rankings, traffic fluctuations, or unmet revenue goals.


 

II. Policy for Website Development & Custom Services

 

This section applies to all fixed-scope website packages and Custom Development/Integration services.

 

A. Cancellation During Development

 

Cancellations for development projects are handled based on the project stage:

  1. Pre-Start Cancellation: If you cancel the service before any design or development work has officially started, you will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs and time spent on setup.
  2. Post-Start Cancellation: If you cancel the service after the project has officially started, the client will be refunded the remaining amount minus the value of the work already completed (calculated based on the project milestones achieved and/or standard hourly rate).

 

B. Non-Refundable Conditions (Development)

 

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If the client decides they no longer need the service.
  • Client Delay: If the project stalls due to the client’s failure to provide necessary content, logins, or timely approvals.
  • Unmet Expectations: If the final result meets the original written proposal and scope, but does not meet subjective client expectations.

 

III. General Terms

 

 

A. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

 

If the client initiates a chargeback (claim through their bank or PayPal), the client will automatically be prohibited from using all Weekaim services in the future.

 

B. Refund Processing

 

If a refund is approved by the Proprietor, the amount will be processed and applied back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to be officially posted to the client’s account.
